This is a replay of the June 2nd, 2024 live event "EXPANDED", guided by Jenna and Megan, and DJed by Mike.

A grounding breathwork and a heart-opener yoga-inspired flow combining strength and deep restoration to guide you and your nervous system through an experience of building true inner resilience and expanding your abilities.

2 blocks/a bolster/2+ pillows, and rolled up towel/blanket may be helpfu to assist in some positions.

Sacral Chakra

Creation Flow

Flows well with a sound frequency of 417 Hz

This 31 minute sequence will unblock the sacral chakra and allow creativity to flow through you. By focusing on mobilizing your pelvis, and everything around it, your physical body will be free to flow through wider ranges to facilitate the harmony of inner balance with self-discovery.

Third Eye Chakra

Intuitive Alignment Flow

This is a 33 minute energy flow that will increase your intuitive alignment, first by finding balance and then flowing to and from it, learning how to return to your centre from what you feel, instead of from views outside of you.

Lower chakras

Sunshine flow

flows well with sound frequencies between 396 - 528 Hz

This 38 minute energy yoga flow is centred around the sunshine chakras (root, sacral, solar). It’s perfect for increasing stability/strength in the lower body to create space for deeper releases in the upper body.

Throat Chakra

This 13 minute energy yoga flow is centred around your neck, upper back and throat; tension through the neck, upper back and jaw can be related to clenching, holding back (or in), and difficulty with full expression. This flow facilitates opening through the upper back, chest, neck and throat - creating space to let more air in, and your voice out.
